3. MISCELLANEOUS

Approval of miscellaneous items pg. 3, licenses, vouchers and contracts.

4. COOPERATION AGREEMENT

Brookline Housing Authority Executive Director Brian Cloonan will appear to request that the Board approve and execute an Amendment to the Annual Cooperation Agreement between the Brookline Housing Authority and the Town.

5. BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS

The following candidates for appointment/reappointment to Boards and Commissions will appear for interview.

7. CAMERA OVERSIGHT COMMITTEE

Members of the Camera Oversight Committee will appear to report on the Committee’s findings to date relative to its charge to assist the Chief in measuring the impact of the installation of video surveillance cameras in Brookline.

Hearing Pursuant to General Laws Chapter 138, Section 64, on the issue of whether or not to modify, suspend, revoke or cancel the Wine and Malt liquor license as a Retail Package Store held by Brookline Market, Inc., d/b/a Kurkman’s Market, Harshad Patel, Manager at 227-A Cypress Street.

9. LIQUOR LICENSE HEARING

Hearing Pursuant to General Laws Chapter 138, Section 64, on the issue of whether or not to modify, suspend, revoke or cancel the All Kinds liquor license as a Retail Package Store held by Glendale Package Store of Waltham, Inc. d/b/a GPS Liquors, Jason Williams, Manager 256 Harvard Street.

10. LIQUOR LICENSE HEARING

Hearing Pursuant to General Laws Chapter 138, Section 64, on the issue of whether or not to modify, suspend, revoke or cancel the Wine and Malt liquor license as a Retail Package Store held by Publick House Provisions, Inc., d/b/a Publick House Provisions, Ailish Gilligan, Manager at 1706 Beacon Street.

Hearing Pursuant to General Laws Chapter 138, Section 64, on the issue of whether or not to modify, suspend, revoke or cancel the All Kinds liquor license as a Retail Package Store held by Brookline Liquors, Inc., d/b/a Mall Discount Liquors, Francisco P. Viana, Manager at 525 Harvard Street.

15. Question of accepting a check in the amount of $25,558.00 in connection with the Clean Energy Choice Program (Matching Grants) said funds to be used for Solar Panels at the Putterham Library and books and outreach materials on the benefits of renewable energy.
